Your new role
Due to continued growth, they are looking to on board a Payroll Manager. As a Payroll Manager, you will be working within the Finance Department, ensuring that payroll procedures run efficiently and are up to date and compliant. You will:
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Update payroll records, monitoring compensation changes, and completing monthly, quarterly, and annual processes
- Provide audit support
- Maintain payroll procedures in line with current payroll laws and regulations
- Assist in the review of year-end forms, including P60, P11D, and PAYE Settlement Agreements
- Identify and provide solutions when issues arise
About you
Along with your ability to manage an efficient and accurate payroll department in line with current payroll laws and regulations, you will ideally fulfil the below:
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and UK legislation
- An analytical mind and strong maths skills
- Ability to work proactively and keep on top of time-sensitive projects
